Cucumber Saketini

Muddle 4 green grapes, 2 1/4” slices of cucumber, (seeds removed), 10 mint leaves. Add to cocktail shaker with 1 oz. gin, 1 oz. sake, generous dash of simple syrup, and the juice of 1 lime. Shake vigorously and strain into martinii glass. Garnish with a ribbon of cucumber threaded onto a wooden pick. Enjoy!
